Privacy

The Mistermind application involves:

• Collecting personal datails (first and last name only) of the app user (football manager).
• The ability to collect sensitive data (first and last name, date of birth, phone number and photos) of people who are not app users (football players).

The app does not automatically transmit this information outside the device and uses it exclusively inside the app and its use is restricted to the functions it offers.
Conversely, the user has the possibility of exporting this sensitive data from the device, in the form of images, through sharing tools made available by the app. The user assumes responsibility for storing and processing this data in the manner provided for by the current privacy and personal data processing regulations.
